At DUO Venues, we understand that it takes more than just the perfect venue to host a wedding. You are going to need items such as tables and chairs and décor. We also know that one size definitely does not fit all when it comes to those event needs and so not only do we provide the essentials, but also give you the ability to customize our offerings. If that is not enough to create the event of your dreams; we also have a variety of optional services. Trust us when we say; “DUO has got you covered!”

EVENT SERVICES EXPANDED

TABLES & CHAIRS

DUO offers a variety of table layout options for your event. Options include round, banquet, and cocktail tables. Our round table can fit up to 10 guests while our banquet tables can be custom in length.

Our chair selection includes beautiful chiavari chairs and rustic wooden benches.

SPECIALTY LINENS

DUO provides a full length tablecloth linen to fit our table selection. Linen orders are placed with your DUO Venue Coordinator in advance of your event. On the day of the event, your coordinator will have a team in place to deliver and set-up your linens. Once the event is completed and clean-up has begun, that same team will remove linens from the tables and pack them up to be cleaned at our linen warehouse. No washing linens for you!

DECORATIVE LANTERNS

Iron lanterns with delicate LED lights can be used to line your ceremony aisle or as centerpieces for your reception. Both 12 and 24 inch lanterns are available.

EASELS

Display that beautiful bridal portrait, those engagement photos or welcoming sign on one of our essential black easels. Available in small, medium, and large.

AUDIO / VISUAL EQUIPMENT

DUO has select audio/visual equipment that can be provided to you as part of our event services package. Equipment includes Bose surround sound speakers, microphones (lapel + handheld), projectors and projector screens.

LIGHTING

Accent lighting can cast an enchanting glow on the walls and achieve any level of ambiance you desire. Choose from a variety of colors that will transform your space.

SET-UP / BREAKDOWN

The DUO team will do all of the set-up and break down of all DUO provided items.

DUO EVENT COORDINATOR

We are happy to pair all of our clients with a DUO Venue Coordinator who will work with you to create a seamless and stress free event. Your coordinator will be available to provide tours of the property, answer any questions, and complete event layouts.

On the day of your event, your coordinator will oversee all set-up, breakdown and property management.

OPTIONAL SERVICES EXPANDED

DUO BAR

DUO is thrilled to offer a wide selection of beer, wine, and liquor options for your event. Our menu allows you to choose exactly which items you want at a per serving price.

All of our venues offer our concierge service package, which includes bartenders, security, mixers, garnishes, and dry goods for your event at a fixed per guest price.

Pricing: Pricing varies and depends on your selections and service specifications.

CHAIR TIES

Add a pop of color to our custom built chiavari chairs with chair ties (available in polyester, satin and pintuck fabrics). Chair ties are not included in the standard Event Services package, but are available at an additional cost.

BACKDROPS

Add one of our gorgeous and eye-catching backdrops to create the perfect frame of your I-do’s! Ceremony Backdrops are available in white organza.

Pricing: $200 EACH
